Shipping policy:

We offer a Free Nationwide courier on all orders (New Zealand customers only)

Australian orders have the following shipping options:

UnTracked via NZ Post NZ$15 - no weight limit

Tracked via NZ Post for NZ$25 - no weight limit
*tracking details will be emailed once sent

In-stock items will be couriered within 1 to 2 business days.

Items ordered that are not in stock will ship once available - you will receive an email with the ETA on these items.

Orders with multiple items will be shipped together.

*Please examine all clothing before removing tags, wearing, and/or washing.
Examine the seams, stitching, fabric, fit, etc before wearing.
Once the garment has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned.

*Help there's a problem, I haven't got my order yet!
A few days have gone by and you still don't have your order?
No problem, sometimes there are delays with couriers so please check the tracking first in case there has been an update.
If no joy, give us a text 0274 781 735 or email [email protected], and we'll sort it out for you.

Returns policy:

Always contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if you wish to make a return.

We do not have to exchange if you simply change your mind so please choose carefully
There are NO REFUNDS on Sale items 

Clothing/Accessories returned without tags and showing signs of wear, including sweat, make-up, self tanner, deodoZodiac and hair(pet or human) will NOT be accepted and returned to the customer

To receive a full refund or exchange, returns must be postmarked within 7 days of arrival, be unworn, tags still attached and in original packaging.

Customers pay return shipping - please use a traceable method for your return to ensure delivery to us, as we are not liable for lost packages. 

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund if the item doesn't meet our terms and conditions

PLEASE NOTE BELOW IN REGARDS TO REFUNDS & STORE CREDITS:

- Returned Purchases paid for using LAYBUY will receive a Store Credit Voucher
- Returned Purchases paid for with DPS/Windcave will receive a Credit Card Refund
